1. About Us
Tile Design Pty Ltd (“Tile Design”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides tiles, bathware and renovation services.
By using our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with its operation

• Attempt unauthorised access

• Misuse any content

We may restrict access if these Terms are breached.

3. Product Information
We aim to ensure product descriptions, pricing and images are accurate. However:

• Tile colours and finishes may vary between batches.

• Natural stone may vary in shade and texture.

• Stock availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors.

4. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Prices may change if the project scope, quantities or specifications change.
A deposit may be required before ordering materials.

5. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once a deposit is paid (if required).
Full payment must be made within the agreed timeframe.
Late payments may result in delays to delivery or supply.

6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, freight companies, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to approval.

• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

• Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

8. Renovation Services
Where we provide renovation or installation services:

• Work will be completed with due care and skill.

• Variations to agreed works must be approved in writing and may incur additional costs.

• Delays may occur due to weather, supply issues or unforeseen site conditions.
   

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

• Repair or replacement of goods; or

• Re-supply of services; or

• A refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text and images, remains the property of Tile Design.
You must not reproduce or use our content without permission.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
